BUCKWHEAT WITH CRANBERRIES & NUTS
Prep Time: 8 minutes, Cook Time: 20 minutes
1 cup buckwheat
2 pieces Onions (cut into rings)
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons nuts
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons cranberry (fresh or frozen)
How to cook:
1. Pour the nuts in a pan and lightly fry.
2. Add to the pan vegetable oil and fry it until golden onion rings. Then, take out the onion.
3. Pour buckwheat grains in the remaining oil from frying onions, add water and salt.
4. Simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Add nuts, cranberries in cooked buckwheat and mix. Let stand a few minutes, spread buckwheat on plates, top with fried onions and serve.
